At Designs By Kay, we take great care in creating custom, made-to-order items just for you. Because each product is uniquely personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • All custom and personalized items.

If You Have an Issue with Your Order

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you experience any issues with your order—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we kindly ask that you contact us within [5 days] of delivery. Please provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.
